This agreement is signed between you (or "User") and Guangdong Pulton Technology Co., Ltd. (or "We" or "Pulton Technology") for the provision of services/goods for this product

Confirmation and Acceptance of Service Terms
1.1 You should carefully read the terms of this agreement and complete all registration procedures according to the prompts on the page. By selecting the 'agree' option during the registration process, you voluntarily reach an agreement with 'Pullton Charging', agree to fully accept all terms and conditions under this agreement, and are willing to assume corresponding user obligations and become a user of 'Pullton Charging'
1.2 For the convenience of contacting you to resolve various matters, please use your valid mobile phone number as your account when registering. "Pulton Charging" will assign a password to the account in the form of a mobile text message. You are responsible for keeping the account and corresponding password; You shall bear legal responsibility for all activities and events carried out on this account. If you discover that your account has been illegally used by others, please immediately notify "Pullton Charging"
1.3 The membership service agreement and announcement of "Pulton Charging" will be updated at any time and will not be notified separately. You should carefully read the membership service agreement and announcement before using the various services provided by "Poulton Charging". If you do not agree to the updated service agreement or announcement, you can stop or cancel the use of the services provided by "Poulton Charging"; Once you use the "Pluton Charging" service, it is deemed that you have understood and fully agreed to the various contents of the membership service agreement, including the modifications made by "Pluton Charging" to the service agreement.
2. Registration Information and Privacy Protection
2.1 The ownership of the "Pluton Charging" account (i.e. the "Pluton Charging" user ID) belongs to "Pluton Charging". After completing the registration application procedures, you can obtain the right to use the "Pluton Charging" account and become a user of "Pluton Charging"
2.2 You should fill in detailed, accurate, and complete personal information in a timely manner, and continuously update your registration information, ensuring that it meets the requirements of authenticity, timeliness, detail, accuracy, and completeness. All original information filled in will be used as registration information. If any related issues arise due to inaccurate registration information or untimely updates, you will bear the corresponding responsibility on your own. "Pulton Charging" does not assume any responsibility, and "Pulton Charging" reserves the right to terminate your use of various services
2.3 To ensure the security of your account, we may take different verification measures to verify your identity, including but not limited to SMS verification codes, service usage information verification, etc. And as the system service will involve online payment, it is applicable to situations such as but not limited to service disputes, payment errors, refunds, etc. between you and merchants. For the convenience of contacting and confirming with you in a timely manner, please make sure to use your true and valid mobile phone number to register your account and maintain smooth communication. 2.4 "Pulton Charging" reminds you not to transfer, sell, or lend your account or password to others. If you authorize others to use your account, you are fully responsible for all actions carried out by the authorized person under the account. Any behavior of using this service to log in to an account and login credentials is considered your own operation, and the electronic information records generated by the operation are valid credentials for the user behavior of this service
2.5 "Pulton Charging" promises not to disclose or provide individual user registration information to third parties, except for the following situations:
In order to meet the basic requirements of laws and regulations and the provision of services, ensure the security of your account and system operation, we will collect relevant information generated during your use of our services, including:
2.5.1 Obtain clear authorization from the user in advance
2.5.2 Only by disclosing the user's personal information can the requested products and services be provided
2.5.3 According to relevant laws and regulations
2.5.4 According to the requirements of relevant government authorities
2.5.5 To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of "Pulton Charging"
2.5.6 You use the sharing function
2.5.7 Comply with relevant service terms or usage agreements
2.5.8 Other situations where there is reason to disclose "Pulton Charging"
2.6 When you register for a "Pluton Charging" account, use "Pluton Charging" products or services, visit the "Pluton Charging" webpage, or participate in promotions, prize games, and similar situations, "Pluton Charging" will automatically collect your personal identification information without further notice. This information will be used to improve and optimize the services and webpage content provided to you.
3. User Behavior Standards
3.1 When using the "Pulton Charging" service, you must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and shall not use this service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:
3.1.1 Upload, display, post, disseminate, or otherwise convey information containing one of the following:
3.1.1.1 Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution
3.1.1.2 Those who endanger national security, disclose national secrets, subvert national power, and undermine national unity
3.1.1.3 Harming national honor and interests
3.1.1.4 Ethnic discrimination and disruption of ethnic unity
3.1.1.5 Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions
3.1.1.6 Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability
3.1.1.7 Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crimes
3.1.1.8 insulting or defaming others, infringing on their legitimate rights
3.1.1.9 contains false, harmful, coercive, infringing on the privacy of others, harassing, infringing, defaming, vulgar, obscene, or other morally offensive content
3.1.1.10 contains other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations, and any legally binding norms
3.1.2 Do not use the network service system for any illegal purpose
3.1.3 Do not engage in the following activities using the "Pullton Charging" service:
3.1.3.1 Entering computer information networks or using computer information network resources without permission
3.1.3.2 Deleting, modifying, or adding computer information network functions without permission
3.1.3.3 Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition of data and application programs stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks
3.1.3.4 Intentionally making and spreading computer virus and other destructive programs
3.1.3.5 Other behaviors that endanger computer information network security
3.2 If you violate the provisions of this agreement or the remaining payment of related services, resulting in or arising from any third-party claims, demands or losses, including reasonable legal fees, you agree to compensate and hold "Pulton Charging" and its cooperating companies and affiliated companies harmless. In this regard, "Pulton Charging" has the right to take measures based on the nature of your behavior, including but not limited to deleting the published information content, suspending the use license, terminating the service, restricting the use, recycling the "Pulton Charging" account, and pursuing legal responsibility. For malicious registration of the "Pulton Charging" account or the use of the "Pulton Charging" account for illegal activities, disrupting, harassing, deceiving, other users, and other violations of this agreement, "Pulton Charging" has the right to reclaim its account. At the same time, "Pulton Charging" will assist in the investigation according to the requirements of the judicial department.
3.3 You are not allowed to copy, copy, sell, resell or use any part of the "Pulton Charging" service or based on its use or acquisition for any other purpose
3.4 You must bear legal responsibility for your actions during the use of the "Pullton Charging" service. The forms of legal liability you bear include but are not limited to: direct compensation to the victim, and compensation equivalent to "Pulton Charging" after "Pulton Charging" suffers administrative penalties or causes infringement damages due to your behavior; And bear other legal responsibilities as stipulated by law
3.5 You are responsible for keeping the username and password information of your account on your own, otherwise any legal liability arising from such matters shall be borne by the user
4. Service Content
4.1 The specific content of the "Pulton Charging" network service will be provided by "Pulton Charging" according to the actual situation. We provide you with functions such as information classification, keyword search and active push of information flow of goods/services, so as to better match your service or commodity needs. You can add the products/services you are interested in to your collection, shopping cart, or place an order directly for purchase. After logging in to the product, you can freely browse, search, and purchase products. You can also participate in various promotional activities organized by the product organization to showcase the products/services. In addition, you can also participate in various promotional activities organized by the product organization and enjoy relevant information and technical services. Through the product, you can conveniently manage transaction orders, view the status, coupons, after-sales situation, and other information of your orders
4.2 For the purpose of achieving transactions and improving user experience, the product will also provide you with more friendly and comprehensive transaction rule services, and optimize and introduce third-party services such as logistics, payment, and settlement. The legal relationship arising from this is formed between you and the third-party service provider, and is not related to the product. Service/commodity pricing is adjusted according to the fluctuation of market price, and you have clearly known the service/commodity price when receiving the service; Considering the special nature of charging services that require immediate payment upon charging, when you initiate a charging command, Pulton Charging can synchronously deduct fees based on the charging amount. Regardless of the reason for the interruption of charging, it is considered that this order has been completed. Pulton Charging has the right to deduct various fees generated by the corresponding order from your account
4.3 If you choose to purchase a charging station product, please carefully confirm important matters such as the product name, price, quantity, model, specification, size, or service time, content, and restrictive requirements during the transaction process, and verify your contact address, phone number, and recipient information when placing an order. If the consignee you fill in is not you, you shall bear the legal consequences of the consignee's behavior and declaration of will. By clicking the "Submit Order" button, you acknowledge that all information contained in the order is correct and complete. You have the right to confirm or modify the products you need to purchase again before submitting the order. 4.4 Regarding Delivery. If you choose to purchase products such as charging stations, this product will provide delivery services and will comply with your agreement to deliver the goods to the designated delivery address. You are aware that all shipping and delivery times listed on this product are reference times, and the calculation of reference times is estimated based on inventory status, normal processing, delivery time, and delivery location. If the order is delayed or unable to be delivered due to the following circumstances, the product shall not be responsible for delayed delivery:
(1) Caused by incorrect information provided by the user, incomplete address, and other reasons
(2) No one signs for the delivery of the goods, resulting in inability or delay in delivery
(3) Other situations that clearly belong to the user's responsibility
4.5 Unless otherwise expressly provided in this service agreement, the new products, functions, and services launched by "Pulton Charging" shall be subject to the specifications of this service agreement
4.6 In order to use this service, you must obtain access to the international internet through a third party with legal qualifications to provide internet access services, and pay the relevant service fees on your own. In addition, you must equip and be responsible for all necessary equipment required for connecting to the international internet, including but not limited to computers, data machines, or other access devices
4.7 Given the unique nature of network services, you are aware and agree that "Pullton Charging" does not require prior notice and has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate some or all of the network services (including paid network services) at any time. Pulton Charging does not guarantee the possibility of interruption of network services, as well as the timeliness, security, and accuracy of network services
4.8 "Pulton Charging" will regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the platform or related equipment that provides network services. You are aware of and agree that any interruption of network services (including paid network services) caused by such circumstances within a reasonable period of time is not the responsibility of "Pulton Charging", and "Pulton Charging" does not need to notify the user in advance and has the right to repair, maintain Suspend any services for upgrade or other purposes
4.9 During the provision of this service, third parties may freely provide links to other international internet websites or resources. Due to the inability of Pullon Charging to control the publication of information on these websites and resources, you understand and agree that Pullon Charging does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the availability of such websites or resources. Pullon Charging also does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for any content, advertisements, products or other materials that exist or originate from such websites or resources. Pulton Charging shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or reliance on any content, goods or services published on or obtained through any such website or source
4.10 You expressly agree that any risks arising from the use of the "Pullton Charging" network service will be entirely borne by yourself. Confirm that you independently make the act of downloading or obtaining information through the "Pullton Charging" service, and are willing to bear any possible system damage, data loss, and any other risks.
4.11 Termination of Service: You agree that "Pluton Charging" has the right to terminate your password, account, or use of this service (or any part of the service) for any reason, including but not limited to your prolonged non use, or if "Pluton Charging" believes that you have violated the letter and spirit of this service agreement, based on its own considerations, and to remove and delete any content of you in this service. You agree that the services provided in accordance with this service agreement can be interrupted or terminated without prior notice by "Pullton Charging"; You acknowledge and agree that "Poulton Charging" may close or delete your account and all relevant information and files in your account at any time, and/or prohibit you from continuing to use the aforementioned files or this service. In addition, you agree that in the event of interruption or termination of the use of this service, or the closure or deletion of your account and related information and files, "Poulton Charging" shall not be liable to you or any third party
4.12 Poulton Charging considers the full utilization of resources, and we remind you that when you use a charging station to charge, plug and play, and stop and unplug. If the corresponding time is exceeded, Pulton Charging will charge you a device occupancy fee, and the specific service will be subject to the public announcement of Pulton Charging
5. Intellectual property and other legitimate rights and interests (including but not limited to reputation rights and goodwill rights)
5.1 Intellectual Property:
5.1.1 All achievements included in "Pulton Charging" include but are not limited to databases, website design, text and charts, software, photos, videos, music, sound, and their combinations. The intellectual property rights of software compilation, related source code, and software (including mini applications and scripts) belong to "Pulton Charging". Without special written authorization, you are not allowed to copy, modify, copy, send or use any of the aforementioned materials or content for any purpose
5.1.2 All rights (including goodwill and trademarks) contained in the name of "Pulton Charging" belong to "Pulton Charging"
5.1.3 By accepting this agreement, you shall be deemed to have known and voluntarily voluntarily owned the copyright of any form of information published on the "Pulton Charging" system platform and related areas, including but not limited to: reproduction rights, distribution rights, rental rights, exhibition rights, performance rights, screening rights, broadcasting rights, information network dissemination rights, filming rights, adaptation rights, translation rights The compilation rights and other property rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner are permanently and exclusively licensed to "Pudun Charging" for use without compensation. "Pudun Charging" has the right to file a separate lawsuit and obtain full compensation for any infringement of the aforementioned copyright by any party. This agreement is a written agreement stipulated in Article 25 of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, and its validity extends to you The content of any works protected by copyright law published by Pulton Charging, whether formed before or after the signing of this agreement. You are not allowed to publish information materials that you do not have the right to use or need to retain copyright on the "Pulton Charging" system platform and related areas. Pulton Charging will no longer notify you of this, and any resulting infringement liability or rights disputes will be borne by you
5.1.4 You shall not illegally use or dispose of the intellectual property rights of "Pluton Charging" or others during the use of "Pluton Charging" services. You are not allowed to publish or authorize other websites (and media) to use any information that has been published on "Poulton Charging" in any form
5.1.5 All rights to any software (including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, videos, recordings, music, text, and additional programs included in the software, as well as accompanying auxiliary materials) used by Poulton Charging for the purpose of providing services belong to Poulton Charging. Without Poulton Charging's permission, you are not allowed to reverse engineer the software Acts such as decompiling or disassembling that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of Pulton Charging
5.1.6 The materials and information published by "Pluton Charging" (such as text, charts, logos, button icons, images, sound file fragments, digital downloads, data editing, and software, etc.) are the property of "Pluton Charging" or its content providers and are protected by Chinese and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on "Pulton Charging" is the exclusive property of "Pulton Charging" and is protected by Chinese and international copyright laws. All software on "Pulton Charging" is the property of "Pulton Charging" or its affiliated companies or software suppliers, and is protected by Chinese and international copyright laws
5.1.7 Unless otherwise mandated by law, no unit or individual shall illegally copy, reprint, quote, link, grab or otherwise use the information content of "Pullton Charging" in whole or in part without the explicit written permission of "Pullton Charging". Otherwise, "Pullton Charging" has the right to pursue its legal responsibility
5.2 "Pulton Charging" does not require the consent of anyone to modify or terminate this agreement
6. Other
6.1 The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China
6.2 If there is any dispute between the parties regarding the content or execution of this agreement, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of "Pulton Charging".
6.3 Failure to exercise or enforce any of the rights or provisions stipulated in this service agreement shall not constitute a waiver of the aforementioned rights
