Please read this agreement carefully before recharging. By clicking the "Recharge Now" button, you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions under this agreement
1. Recharge Service Description
1.1 After the user recharges, the total account balance is the sum of the recharge amount and the gift amount. The recharge amount is the actual payment amount for the user's recharge, and the gift amount is the amount given by the recharge activity. The recharge amount and gift amount will be displayed in the balance of the user's Pulton charging account
1.2 The limit of a user's single recharge amount is based on the latest amount displayed on the recharge interface, and there is no limit to the number of recharge times
1.3 The rules for users to participate in recharge discount activities are subject to the display on the activity page
2. Account balance and usage instructions
2.1 The account balance can be used to pay for the charging fees and service fees provided by the Pullton charging app or mini program
2.2 The total account balance is the sum of available balance and frozen balance. The frozen amount includes the pre frozen amount for charging, the ineffective recharge gift amount, etc
2.2.1 Pre freezing amount for charging: When using prepaid charging, a portion of the amount will be frozen during the charging process. After the charging is completed, the remaining amount will be returned to the balance account. The freezing time for each pre charging amount shall not exceed 96 hours
2.2.2 Ineffective recharge gift amount: After the actual paid amount of this recharge is consumed, the gift amount participating in the recharge activity is available; If the actual paid amount has not been fully consumed, this recharge gift amount is temporarily frozen
2.3 If your account balance has both a recharge amount and a gift amount, all recharge amounts will be used first before using the gift amount
2.4 When your account balance is insufficient or in arrears, some services may be affected or terminated, and you are solely responsible for it. This platform is not responsible for this
The validity period of the 2.5 account balance is from the date of recharge to the end of use
3. Charging invoicing instructions
3.1 Users can issue invoices based on their charging consumption records on this platform
3.2 The recharge gift amount does not support invoicing
3.3 The actual invoicable amount of the charging consumption record=the actual paid amount of the order - the non invoicable amount of the order - the amount of refunds and subsidies for electricity; The non invoicable amount of the order=activity gift amount+invoiced amount+recharge gift amount
4. Explanation of Balance Refund
4.1 This platform only supports full refunds of refundable amounts, and gift amounts are not refundable
4.2 If you apply for a refund, the refund amount will be refunded to your recharge account within 3 working days after successful application. In this platform, quick refund can be applied for Alipay recharge within three months, WeChat payment within one year, and cloud flash payment recharge record within one year. Refund can not be applied for recharge that does not meet the above conditions, or use other recharge methods, or participate in recharge preferential activities
After the refund is successful, the corresponding activity gift amount in the recharge record will be cleared, and you can view the refund information in the balance record
5. Cancellation Instructions
5.1 If you wish to cancel your Pulton charging account, you must first consume the account balance or complete the account refund application before applying for account cancellation
6. Legal Application and Dispute Resolution
6.1 The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the aforementioned provisions may be severed, and the remaining parts shall still have legal effect. If there is a lack of clear legal provisions on a specific matter related to this agreement, it shall refer to general international commercial practices and/or industry practices
6.2 In case of any dispute arising from the signing, performance or interpretation of this agreement, both parties shall strive to resolve it through friendly consultation. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of State Grid Smart Car Networking Technology Co., Ltd
7. Special Instructions
This platform has the right to change the terms of this agreement if necessary. You can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant pages of the Pullton Charging APP or mini program. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the Pullton charging service, it is deemed that you have accepted the changed agreement
